This includes the right to fully rule and govern their territories as they see fit and non-interference in internal affairs. ARTICLE I | ARTIKEL AUWN The signatories pledge themselves to a pact of non-aggression between their States, and shall not incite conflict between each other. ARTICLE III | ARTIKEL DRES The Treaty Between Haense and Vortice shall be in effect from the moment it is signed, and shall be in effect for fifteen years. After, the Dual Monarchy of Hanseti-Ruska and the Unified Domain of Vortice shall convene once more for renegotiations.
