With their dutiful and faithful efforts, through the numerous trials and their further devotion shown in their service to the fatherland, the following sons and daughters have proven themselves; Ferdinand Alexander Barclay ( @PeterPumpkinEater). Therefore, it is with great pleasure and honour that I with permission and word from his Serene Highness, Großfürst Brandt Barclay, proclaim thee a Ritter of the order.  

Thus, it is by the Decree of the Großfürst that:

FERDINAND ALEXANDER BARCLAY BE ELEVATED AS A RITTER OF MINITZ, TO SERVE FAITHFULLY AND DUTIFULLY THE SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF WALDENIA AND THE FATHERLAND, TO AID IN THE EXPANSION OF THE CHIVALRIC ORDER OF SAINT TYLOS THE STALLION OF REINMAR.
