TO THE CELIA’NORIAN GOVERNMENT,

It has come to my attention that a few days ago a member of Our Peerage, Agata Roa, was kidnapped by Celia’norian authorities whilst traveling near Balian. In what has been communicated to Our Crown, Lady Roa was tied, held at sword-point, and threatened with death. Out of fear for her life she cooperated, and despite the clear intent to kill or do harm to Lady Roa, she was let go. Our Crown is thankful that Lady Roa was released alive, but such an incident warrants a response from Our Government here on Dragonclaw Island.

 

Let it be known now that we do not seek conflict, bloodshed, or any other form of violence with the people of Celia’nor. Our terms are simple, and shall be listed below.

The Terms are as follows:

 

• The Celia’norian Crown shall issue a formal apology for the kidnapping of Lady Agata Roa, unless otherwise clarified at the diplomatic meeting mentioned below.

• Celia’norian and Aeltarosi diplomats shall meet in a neutral location to iron out the details of a non-aggression and mutual recognition pact, to prevent further violations of sovereignty.

• No further members of House Roa or Citizens of Aeltarys shall be prevented from traveling to any desired location unless in direct violation of any formal agreement. In exchange, Aeltarys will not hinder Celia’norian citizens from travel.

 

We request that the Celia’norian government give a swift response, as we do not wish for such an affair to escalate further.

An old Celia'norian Wanderer was awoken with this news, and when left in private, her eyes read over it, before repeating the section "Despite the clear intent to kill or do harm to Lady Roa, she was let go?" Absolutely confused in tone "Mustn't been very clear or..?" She trails off, before saying "I'll speak with the Prince to offer my services to aid with this matter." She then went back into a nap.

Celius of the Cerusil Talonii furrow his brows as he picks up the letter from his Manor within the dense street of Leyu'sil. The former Primarch of the Cerusil reads before neatly folding the copied missive. "Celia'norian authority to be that far south within Balian, I doubt the Diraar or the Court of Stars has reasons to be there." He muttered to himself before calling for his House guards and the Ceru'diraar to rally before he sent a letter to the Crown Prince of Fi'andria.
