Both shall be given the chance to have their case heard in full and shall be given the chance to defend themselves against the accusations of the other. Bickering will not be tolerated, arguing out-of-turn will not be tolerated, and both parties are to surrender their arms (especially halberds) prior to the trial. Both parties are entitled to witnesses, as long as they are declared no later than two stone hours before the trial, elsewise their testimony will be dismissed. Due to the dual-accusatory nature of this dispute, both parties are also entitled to call for an honor-duel overseen by myself, so long as it is declared no later than a stone day before the trial.
