( I think we should make it two weeks cause we need to trust them and get to know them, since they will get license as an elite ) Oh and im not sure if i see the ranking system right, but how the look of it is now i like it alot. Once skills are set up, in addition to this, you need to reach a certain skill to be promoted, like 30 axes to become a real patrol guard or 30 archery for a real wall one.))
