The Flamebringer

Reports have been flooding in after the recent reconstruction of our Northern bridge, while it seems most soldiers or well armed citizens and travelers have been left alone, many scholars and merchants have been vanishing or have reported shipments being lost shortly after leaving the city.
Scout reports from Bluecloak forces have confirmed that there has been movement seen in the long abandoned keep of Wittenbach.
Whatever it is that is causing these problems is not friendly to the People of the Commonwealth, henceforth the following actions will be taken:

- The Armed forces of Petra, Under the leadership of Sir Theoderic von Theonus and Marshal August of Abrana, shall lay siege to the keep and drive this Threat from our lands.

-Any and all stolen property found within the keep that can be returned to its owners shall be returned, on top of this any dead found within shall be given proper burial. 

 

With the war now long in the past it is paramount that we clean up any problems like this that may have arisen within our lands, while this is the first i do doubt it will be the last.

After reading this Nicolas von Wittenbach would look up at the old Abandoned Family keep from his newly build and much grander Chateaux down in Chambery. "What a Shame for our old Keep, why my Son so neglected our Barony I won´t ever understand"
