The Atmorice Accord

Preamble

 

Whereas, after thorough discussion regarding the matters concerning The Atmorice Bloodline, Adelia Atmorice acknowledges and affirms Zalerya Atmorice as the rightful and sole Archon of The Atmorice Bloodline. Both parties hereby agree to the following terms to ensure unity, culture preservation, and clear governance within the Bloodline.

 

Terms of Agreement

 

1. Recognition of Leadership

   - All members of The Atmorice Bloodline residing within Celia'lin shall recognize and honor Zalerya Atmorice as the true and only Archon of The Atmorice Bloodline.

 

2. Preservation of Culture and Beliefs

   - The cultural practices and beliefs of The Atmorice Bloodline shall remain unaltered unless discussed and approved by the Archon. Any attempts to exploit or create loopholes for the purpose of establishing a new Archon are strictly prohibited.

 

3. Residence and Commitment

   - Members of The Atmorice Bloodline residing within Celia'lin are granted the freedom to reside wherever they please within the region. However, they must not neglect the terms of this agreement and must uphold their commitment to the Bloodline and its Archon.

 

4. Communication and Consultation

   - All significant decisions affecting The Atmorice Bloodline’s traditions, governance, or community welfare must involve consultation with the Archon. A council may be formed to facilitate discussions, but final decisions rest with the Archon.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

   - Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of this agreement shall be resolved through mediation, overseen by an impartial mediator agreed upon by Zalerya Atmorice.

 

6. Prohibition on Political Agreements

   - No member of The Atmorice Bloodline shall sign any political agreements or treaties on behalf of the Bloodline without the express consent of the Archon. Such actions are reserved solely for the Archon to ensure the unity and integrity of the Bloodline’s interests.

 

Should any of these terms be violated, the offending party will be immediately disowned.

 

By signing below, the parties affirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

Emaelia Drakon raises both brows in a mild surprise at the missive handed to her. "Perhaps... Ariane had done more damage than we had previously thought. It's a shame all of this was only brought to light after she has been killed." She passes the missive onto her kin to inspect. . . "I wonder if these are just empty words or the start of legitimate reform."

"Perhaps I had a lack of judgement when it comes to Adelia.. ah well, everyone is wrong once in a while." The pale elf shrugs and carries on with his writing. Assuring himself that he is never ever wrong.

"I'm glad they could settle it peacefully." Aethurayir Atmorice sighed relieved slipping the missive into their journal. "I will support Zalerya as I will support Adelia, family is family and nothing will come between that."

“A pity.” Remarked an ancient Atmorice from atop a throne far away. “We bend the knee to none.. As much of an expected disappointment as Adelia is proving to be, this revelation may be interesting to watch unfold. I had suspected she’d keel over in my absence.”

 

Deep within the depths of the throneroom, a mana-made hand procured a black leather book from a nearby chest, a name scrawled within before it was tossed in the direction of a ghostly thrall.

"It seems I misplaced hope & trust once more" voiced Iva with a sombre sigh. 

"Not that it matters, perhaps. Zalerya may rule over the family she plotted against for so long." Declared that now indifferent figure with a gentle yet dismissive tone. "It doesn't involve someone who is not part of it" the once defiant Iva then ceded. Neatly folding a copy of the missive, placing it into a satchel for safe-keeping.

"May they find only peace" requested Iva to an unknown listener who was not present.

"I cannot believe they actually made peace," Raziel scratches his head. "Though... really not the way I'd have done it, for in the end - would not, as Laurir,Adelia still be considered leader and adressed as such?" - "But hey, a start. Let us hope it will not complicate things."
