THE GRAND DUCHY:The Grand Duchy shall bestow direct control over the western most part of the Silasian forest (tile_birch_forest_1). The aforementioned bestowal shall occur by unanimous agreement, without necessity for transfer of mina. The Grand Duchy shall send as a gift, a ship of travel and trade, to be used at the leisure of the Nation of Lurak. IN RETURN:All travellers: pilgrims, merchants, visitors, etc, will be allowed unimpeded passage through the territory. There will be no attempt or discussion regarding the removal or modification of the Canonist wayshrines currently erected in the segment of territory aforementioned. Surveyors of Land from all parties will engage in communication to ensure their sites do not impede necessary actions of the settlement process. The Rexdom of Lurak, The Princedom of Ilumrin, and the Grand Duchy of Silasia will enter into a non-agression agreement for 30 years. They acknowledge each party as Sovereign States, and will take no action to settle across the here-listed Borders.
