Perk an ear brothers and sisters, you will hear many a denouncement of Owynists, of the misdirection of the Church. You hear these things as they disadvantage The Kingdom of Haense, and not oft elsewise. How comes these criticisms come only as echoes to political issues, but never find themselves based in the Scroll of Auspice?

 

No King of Haense will ever cite the Scroll of Auspice, because it is a document that proposes the Uniting of Humanity as Siegmund's divine act, which proved his word true.

 

But what act does any Haenseman ever take to benefit humanity, and not themself? So cheap is the Crown of Aaun to them, that they would sack one of their Kings, an ally, besmirch his name for the favour of Dwarves, then walk on by as their inheritor is made the ward of the Church they now doubt and besmirch. Does this read as taking direction from their history, from this Exalted they champion, or some cheap self serving tricks?

 

They are eager to lay down arms and rely on deception, that the right number of honeyed and poison words will solve their issues. But good Canonists are deaf to Deceivers.

 

Where is the leadership they are supposed to show? When the many leaders they respect pay call to them, who do they listen to? Is it their Olde Covenant allies, or is it their Heathen Benefactors? In Ravenmire they saw a rival, and assumed supreme moral authority. When the Church proved this as false, they did not fight for their ‘justice’ - they hid and weaved narratives! Whose example do they take in these craven actions, Siegmund’s, or Iblees’?

 

Do they see the difference?

I challenge any Haenseman to explain how their Crown, their people, these Crows, do anything that excuses their behavior using the Scroll of Auspice. They spit on it, they make a mockery of Siegmund, and then they bemoan the action taking Owynists for doubting their commitment and intent.

Haense Tarnishes Siegmund, and expects everyone else to defend their legacy. Do not be made a fool on the behalf of duplicitous politicians.
