Vale And Urguan | Defensive Treaty

  On this day the nation of Urguan and Nevaehlen form a peace treaty among their kins, an agreement to be there for one another in times of turmoil and strife. 

  

  A treaty passed simple promises to be there for eachother in times of war, but to also to understand one another, be friends and a people bond together past what is written on paper.

 

Non-Agression 

  The Nations agree to non-aggression and non-hostility among their respective realms, vowing to refrain from provoking conflicts between them. Should disagreements arise, they shall seek resolution through diplomatic channels, ensuring that the integrity of the alliance and the respective laws of each realm remain unimpeded. Alongside this, Irehearts and potential Irehearts loyal to Urguan are forbidden from challenging residents of Nevaehlen or visitors to the island to duels.

 

Mutual Defence Agreement

  The Nations agree to Mutual defence among their respective realms, vowing to protect each other from the dangers that threatens to bring harm towards the people of both nations, ensuring that both are not left to the hands of what wishes to harm them. 

 

Border Control Policies

 

  The nations agree to safe and open travels between their respective realms, with the stated exception of those within elder clans Frostbeard and Ireheart, which will be handled through utilising permits to determine who may enter and who may not within stated clans. Of course also both nations hold the right to deny entry on a case by case basis, and should a banishment be put into contention this will also be handled accordingly and through diplomatic channels should the need arise. 

 

Cultural Exchange

  The nations agree to the commitment of cultural exchange, be this through visiting respective realms, Festivals, and planned events. All in an attempt to further strengthen the bond of the two nations and enlighten their respective people to foreign cultures and practices. 

 

Duration 

  The Treaty shall come into effect immediately upon its signing and remain in effect for a duration of 10 years or in the case of a change in leadership the agreement can be renewed, changed, or cancelled without fear of aggression or retribution.
