As one who Enforcers at conventions like say.. Penny Arcade Expo... Here is some suggestions. Booths need to have posters and visual things, like the game playing in real time. Something to give away to people, like buttons... People like buttons.. With LOTC on it or something. With this more people might be more attracted to stop at your booth.

I'm not sure whether or not to donate since I do live in Las Vegas where Minecon is going to be, and I do think that it would be awesome to meet shiftnative, but then again I don't even know if I'm going to Minecon. Good luck to you guys on getting the donations!
