Will of the Last Lubba

This pile of papers and letters is found within the Lubba Keep, shortly after an ill fated coup. It seems old, covered in dust.

If you’re reading this, whoever you are, then I’m dead.

I hope I went well. Odds are, it was probably very ignoble. Maybe an olog sat on me. But maybe it was against a dragon. I hope I got to ride one in life.

Attached to this, you will find letters to be distributed amongst those they are assigned to. I trust that, whoever you are, you are of good enough mind and standing not to disregard the last wishes of a dead elf.

To my darling wife, Karuna: @ValleyOfLavender

Spoiler

I love you. There’s nothing else for me to say there, because no words can truly encapsulate how I feel for you. So, as subpar as they are: I love you. I leave Caledonia to you. You already practically run the damn place anyway, so I know you’ll do well.

To Khudo: @Aw_0ken

Spoiler

My boy. It was a wonder to watch you grow. I hope that my death doesn’t lead to you losing that kind and gentle heart. To you I leave my lovely suits, and Thyleer. Also, watch your mother, she’s going to need a lot of help in the coming days.

To Aelwyn: @JTMedea

Spoiler

Have fun avenging me! I’d say not to, but I know it won’t change anything. You’ve always had a fire to you, just be careful it only burns those that deserve it. To you, I leave my bow. Take ‘em out.

To Culvier: @Salvius

Spoiler

You’re not one for words, and I won’t waste time. You’ve got a good head for numbers. Caledonia’s resources are yours for your projects.

To Aelrin: @TysCreations

Spoiler

You’re one for many ‘words’. I know, I know, not a great joke. But I want you to know, my boy, that I’ve never met someone with as loud a voice as you. A true voice, one capable of reaching the hearts and minds of all around. To you, I leave my horse, so that you may explore this world we both so love.

To Apollyon: @Apollonous

Spoiler

Thanks for picking me up that one day. I’m not sure how my life may have gone if you haven’t, but I know I would be in a worse place without you. Keep that attitude of yours up.

To Einhard: @TysCreations

Spoiler

Why the hells am I dead, man? Isn’t this your job? Stop crying, I’m playing around. You’ve always done your absolute best, and I’ve no doubt that whatever’s happened to me, you showed yourself admirably. Keep that up, and I’ll see you soon.

Yes, soon, I doubt anything that killed me is going to let you go too.

To my Primarch: @milksoda

Spoiler

Guess we’ll need to postpone that adventure, eh? See you in the next life. You better confuse me there, too!

Spoiler

As ever, all very confidential and between the people tagged.
NL was a ride. Maybe even a fun one, near the end.
See ya later, alligator.

Narithen Uialben

Baron of Caledonia

Ember looked down upon the flame of the east, the wrought of war which the world has left it to.

Then she looked across to the karst which towered like an archers nest.

Ember said no words

However

Nicole alongside another Levyman looked upon those Karst.

"Three down, one more to go. . ."

The young 'ker sat alone in his home. peering over the letter he had been sent. it did not help the ache but it was nice to know he had something from his farther. now, to go retrieve it before its stolen.

Einhard sat. two shot glasses on the bar in front of him. As stone-faced as ever he'd place his letter down on the counter. "crying? please, you know I don't do that"  he'd give a smirk to the joke as his gaze turned to look at the shot glasses. Picking one up he'd continue.  "to you my friend"  he'd take back the shot before placing the glass upside-down on the counter next to the sill filled one before standing "see you soon boss man"

A pang of restlessness overtook Quenta. He was unsure why, but late at night he traveled through the Kingswood, stopping at a tall tree surrounded ceremoniously with flowers. A tree that communicated with him, once upon a time, with the help of his Teacher.

It was there that he fell asleep, bow held in hand, back leaned against the trunk of the tree.
