Sarven 2619 Share Posted November 6, 2024 Agreed, you bring up some good points I think in part its due to the 'gamification' of things and over stressing of having to "win" everything, Things shouldn't be over sanitized in RP, dont like a place? Go elsewhere, its a massive world with variety everywhere. Things shouldn't be hyper optimized and mechanics shouldn't be a trump card over roleplay (with some caveats ofc) as it just incentivizes tryhards to min-max everything into oblivion (imo this is impossible to prevent, but limiting it at least is a good start) In terms of culture shifts, there is not really much you can do, things come and go and player bases change eventually. 1 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
