A Poster would be hung on various notice boards around Aevos detailing a missing person with a drawing attached 

 

It has come to my attention that the Radiant Guard known as Darthoron of Numenost has been missing from his post for quite his last known whereabouts outside the city are unknown

If you have any information regarding his whereabouts or any sightings of him please send a bird among to Ranger Sebastian or to Caius Denenthor
