To pen this comes with great difficulty, for the one who held such a role has passed onto the Seven Skies. Tomas Salazar was an exceptional man, and an exceptional ambassador, building Hyspia’s international relations for many years and always with a most impeccable moustache. He was a great friend to many, and shall be mourned greatly. This appointment today is of a man he spoke of immensely, one he believed would make a fine Diplomat and Embajador to boot. It is with the late Tomas Salazar recommendation in mind that the Crown appoints Manny Fontesar as the Embajador of Hyspia. We look forward to what he does in this position, and the heights of which he will take Hyspia to next. Viva Hyspia! DIOS Bless! The Baron had not seen his cousin in decades, not since they were children - yet here he was, staring back at him through this missive as if no time had passed.
