This is what the problem is, no officer is online to keep track of progress. They won't know whether they are lacking badly or doing remarkably well. Hayden is usually always around. [+Points For Thinking About It And Being More, Tactical] : At first I would try and organize some sort of leader in the recruits, assuming its me I would equip everyone with the same level of armour, and the same weapons. Then I would go into Alkhazar, and see whether anyone else will come with us, then I would go, put the two other recruits, and any other helpers on either side of them, ask them to surrender, if they don't then I would give the order to charge, with the bandits surrounded hopefully we would slaughter them, and take prisoners.
