The Denouncement of the Temple Vandalism
 

Only shortly after his Pious majesty’s proclamation of Lucien’s Rebuke of Nevaehlen, was the entrance to the Holy Church blocked by an unnatural surge of plantlife. This action is a clear and grievous offense to the Holy Church and one that must be condemned. 

 

Such a violation, a crime against faith, kingdom, and nature, is never tolerated. 

 

To All Would Be Vandals

 

Let it be known that the Order of Druids, Servants of the Aspects and Protectors of the Wilds, do not now - nor ever - tolerate the abuse of the Natural Gifts. 

To utilize one’s abilities to create public outrage and disruption, to blaspheme in the eyes of GOD and Man, is anathema.  Political or religious outcry utilizing nature is an egregious overstep into the natural world.  It is an abuse of the Gifts a druid is entrusted with. A shattering of the trust placed upon a druid by the Order. Enslavement of the lesser souls a Servant of the Wilds is tasked to guard and guide. 

 

Harm was wrought unto the People of Numendil. Harm was wrought unto the natural life used in this vandalism.

 

The world is not our pawn. Nature is not our tool to further a personal agenda.

 

We denounce it.

The intent behind the vandalism. The act itself. The perpetrator.

From the Underlight to the Harvest, from the Watcher’s Roost to the Vale.
We condemn it.

 

 

 

To the Faithful of Númenost

 

To look upon the vandalism done to your temple is heart wrenching. That one of our Order would disrespect and disparage your beliefs, your blessing from the Creator, so willingly, is incomprehensible. The hatred and loathing shown to you and your kin is inexcusable. For this, you have our deepest apologies, our sympathy, and our support. No one should have their faith attacked or questioned. Though the identity of the culprit is unknown, that does not make the act any less egregious. Attacks upon your people, your faith, and your places of worship are not and shall never be tolerated or encouraged amongst our kin.

“Next time let’s get their oh so precious tree.” He mutters, shaking his head.

The Hummingbird Druid glances over the missive with a pleased expression, a breath of relief whooshing out of her. "'S nice t' know 'm ne th' only one tha' finds this an abuse of th' gifts." She resigns to doing more work in the Canonist states, in an attempt to repair druidic reputation once again.
