Philosophy
ᛁ ᚠᚢᚲᚴᛁᚾᚷ ᚺᚨᛏᛖ ᛞᚨᚱᚴᛋᛈᚨᚹᚾ

Dungrimm’s Elite are a set of Urguani templars focused on being the strongest a dwarf could be, to be the bulwark on the frontlines of the Urguani forces.

Formed by Sigrun ‘Undeadslayer’ Stonehammer, they are a small band of four dwarves blessed by the servant of Dungrimm, Malchediael. To die in the fight and sacrifice oneself for the greater good of the dwarven race is the most glorious way to go. Blessed by the Masked Lord and led by his hero, they are the dwarves to never shy away from a fight.

Dungrimm’s elite are focused on courage and sacrifice first and foremost, and are encouraged to speak up against their leader should they question his judgement. The ultimate goal in service to Dungrimm is to rid the world of all the filth that denies him, to cleanse the darkspawn from Yemekar’s world.

Utilizing Malchediael’s gifts for the greater good of Urguan, these dwarves symbolize the unending loyalty, valour and sacrifice to the Grand Kingdom to keep all dwarven lives safe from the clutches of Khorvad and his agents.



Requirements
ᛟᚾᛚᚤ ᛏᚺᛖ ᛖᛚᛁᛏᛖ

The small group of Dungrimm’s Elite are handpicked by the current captain of the force, but the requirements are as follows:

Membership of The Kirkja Dverga
Currently serving in the Legion of Urguan or having held the title of Pridebearer
Total unending loyalty to Urguan
To be courageous
To take the oath of the immovable mountain
To be dwarven

These requirements are in place to ensure those that are picked are ready for the task.

The Oath of the Immovable Mountain
ᛗᚨᚴᛖ ᛋᚢᚱᛖ ᚤᛟᚢ'ᚱᛖ ᚠᛁᚱᛖ

The following oath must be made in front of Dungrimm’s shrine.

“I, Name solemnly swear to uphold all of Dungrimm’s ideals in the face of the most perilous of dangers. No dwarf shall have to die as long as I fight with them. Blessed by the servant of Dungrimm I shall stand as the mightiest bulwark in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, to stand as immovable as the greatest of mountains in the fight against Khorvad.”

This oath details the main goals and philosophy of those who take this unending duty upon oneself, and notes their devotion to Dungrimm.



The Grave Warden
ᛏᚺᛖ ᚱᚨᚾᚴᛋ ᛚᚨᛞᛋ

Dungrimm’s elite is a simply structured force, with only three ranks. The Captain who serves until death or retirement. The members of Dungrimm’s Elite and one position permanently held by Angr Stonehammer posthumously.

Angr Stonehammer is to be granted the rank of Grave Warden for as long as his memory remains.

While the rank of Grave Warden serves no purpose beyond honoring Angr’s memory as stated prior, it does persist to carry his philosophy into the modern age. As stated in the core tenets of the Brathmordakin by The Kirkja Dverga, Yemekar’s Balance refers to the natural order as it was designed by the Forgefather, death being part of that natural order. Being Dungrimm’s domain, the Brathmordakin employs the Aenguls as a corrective force for those who would unnaturally extend or distort their lives and the lives of others under the influence of Daemons, the agents of Khorvad. Xan was the sunlight to Dungrimm’s moonlight, and Malchediael is the courage behind Dungrimm’s might. Simply put, those who wield the influence of an Aengul become the new natural death for those who would refuse to die, restoring Yemekar’s Balance as emissaries of the Masked Lord.

Dungrimm’s Elite
ᛒᛁᚷ ᛗᚨᚾ

The members of Dungrimm’s elite are led by one captain, and he functions as their leader in combat and he shall come up with ways for the members to aid Urguan. He shall also be their teacher in the ways of Templar.

In combat he functions as their leader, yet by the degree of the courageous the members of Dungrimm’s elite are expected to stand against him should they disagree with his judgements in or outside of combat. The dispute is to be settled in any way the members deem fit.

Equipped with both the boons of Templarism and the greatest training, armour and equipment available to dwarven hands fueled by the collective hoards of the members the members of Dungrimm’s Elite prove why they are handpicked by the Captain. These dwarves are to show why they are the elite.

The first members of Dungrimm’s Elite are:

Hero of Dungrimm Sigrun ‘Undeadslayer’ Stonehammer, the Captain.
Former Grand Marshal Morroick Starbreaker.
Grand Marshal Belegar Grandaxe.



Malchediael
ᚹᚺᚨᛏ ᛞᛟ ᚹᛖ ᛏᚺᛁᚾᚴ ᛟᚠ ᚺᛁᛗ

Aenguls are a widely discussed and debated topic in the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, yet he is to be viewed as a benevolent being.

Yemekar created all, including the Aenguls. It is my personal belief that Malchediael is a servant of Dungrimm, who blesses us with ways to rid the world of the sickly plague of Khorvad. He is a symbol of courage, permanently holding back otherworldly beings from tainting that which Yemekar created.

As such, he is to be treated as a fellow warrior of Dungrimm, not as a god. The Brathmordakin are the only true gods and as such we do not worship Malchediael, but utilize the tools he gives us to the best degree.
