The Skipper is handing out the Haenseni King's missive to the captives from the latest skirmish in their brewing war.

"Here, he is writing instead of coming to save you."

From the Reinmarian capital city, an Adunian Footsoldier looted the King's missive off of one of the very many corpses. She used it to clean the blood off of her blade - paying no mind to the contents of the paper.

Ser Prize stood there reading the cowardly missive, awash in the blood of heretical troops who'd just been forced to foot the bill defending the Koenig's cowardly impiety. He had nothing to say to these traitors. They would make themselves at peace, lest they be put to the sword!

As another missive arrived to her by maid, the sickly O’Rourke shuddered. She had not been able to get much sleep recently, and her body took toll. Einin wondered the fate of her best friend, Aurus, and swore that no war would ever keep them apart.

She prayed he was okay. @Montgomery Cobra

Aurus Edmond Greye likewise wondered of Einin's fate— his concern was proven by the growing pile of letters he had sent to the O'Rourke. As the Greye child set about in preparation to defend his nation, unaware of the death he had just succumbed to in the heat of battle, he took the time to pray. "Oh LORD, protect Einin wherever she is. You might already know this, but she is my best friend and I need her. Besides— we have tons dances ahead of us. Please let us win those. AMEN."

A gaze fell upon the grand hall in New Valdev, for Johanna Vuiller pondered her new allied kinship with these many nations. The Holy Mother Church and God are not the same, and she would remain a faithful servant to God.
