Renouncing My Helious and Mah’nel Ties

 

To those of Celia’nor and Helious,

 

I, Siofra, once Mah’nel Adiler, write this to address both my family and my friends. After reading the missive my Mah’nel kin have sent, I can no longer stand by in silence. I hereby renounce the Mah’nel name and sever all ties with them.

 

Their statement is nothing more than a grasp for power, a thinly veiled attempt to play the victim. I will not be part of such deception.

 

I am Celia’noran, and proudly so. I will stand with my people, those who my supposed kin seeks to be so cruelly wrong. For Celia’nor, I pledge my shield. For the people, I pledge my bow.
