BURGUNDIAN STREET & LOCATION AUCTION

At the Hound’s House Tavern

 

The Royal Treasury of Burgundy invites all denizens of the realm to join us out front of the Hound’s House on the 18th of Owyn’s Flame, 2030, for an auctioning of the rights to name the streets of the planned capital city, a gardens in the royal palace, as well as statues that will line the main square of the city.

 

The bidding shall start at 150 farthings per item, with each subsequent bid carrying a value of at least 50 farthings more than the preceding offer.

 

The rights shall be granted upon payment to the Royal Treasury and approval by the Lord Chancellor. As a reminder, names bestowed must uphold the dignity of the realm and shall be reviewed for propriety. No street shall bear the name of a traitor, criminal, excommunicant, or enemy of the realm.
