Blessed Populace,

Our Motherland has fallen into a dire crisis. The late regime of Valindra Nullivari and her heial’thilln has been dismissed. Maheral Avern’dionne Fi’talareh has invoked her ancient privilege and seized control of the state. An unclear and most overreaching treaty has in the Maheral’s name been signed with the valah kingdom of Númendil, and a lesser Elven princedom, relinquishing the Silver State of her sovereignty, sending our people into an unknown dark.

The mali’thill has history and tradition with age and weight surpassing that of any and all lesser descendents. Our legacy steadies our stride and guides us in these troubled times. All prior attempts in our century long history to strip away our past, by impure and lesser alike, have been stalwartly thwarted and blocked. 

While much is still unclear from what is to come of these treaties signed on our people’s behalf by our Most Blessed, there is still reason for us to gather and find community once more, ahead of any struggles before us. For all those who feel betrayed or wounded, who in this darkness feel doubt in the Lariheiian cause, I urge you; gather with your kin once more.

I summon the Blessed Populace to a Public Assembly of the Mali’thill in two Elven hours.
