A CALL FOR OKARIR’SIL

Master of War

 

To the Blessed Citizens of Haelun’or,

 

This is the calling for an Okarir’sil, the manager of our Weeping Blades. It is without a doubt that this role takes sacrifice: To dedicate one’s life towards war and battle is a tarnish upon their purity. However, under my guidance I wish to alleviate this curse, to shift warriors to negotiators and peacekeepers; who know battle but will not yearn for its horn.

 

The role of Okarir’sil will be paramount in the defence and inner workings of our judicial systems, faults have been seen before and too much elven blood has been shed. Whomever takes this role is one who desires to see no more blessed blood spilled.

 

One in this position should expect to be given directives and orders from their Sohaer and Maheral, with the role of training, recruiting and general management of the Weeping Blades; shaping them to be practiced combatants as well as skilled negotiators in dissolving squabbles within our Cihi.

 

The Directives I have set forth are thus:

1. To overhaul the military and to shift their mind from bloodshed to peaceful negotiation and judicial workings. They shall uphold the values of purity and acknowledge the burden they place upon themselves.
2. In efforts to re-establish this, The Okarir’sil will have the ability to incentivise new peacekeepers through offering benefits to attending training and otherwise, for example tax break slips.
