Roadbaby Needed!!

I'm dropping the ball on this one, regrettably. Neia found a human baby boy stuffed into her mailbox, no note or anything to give me nor her any gleam towards who's it could be.
Human child, brown hair and eyes. Skintone and features are completely up to you!
Keep in mind, this child will have an elven family, and likely be raised by elven standards because of that.

Will I need to wait? Yes! The child will be playable July 15th.
What timezone are the family members in? CST, EST and GMT!
Will I have a house? Yes! 
What about a skin? One is already in the works!
Will I have siblings? Yes! As well as an older nephew, funnily enough.
How old will my parent be? She's currently 56, which is really young by elven standards. She'll be 61 when the child is playable.
Is Neia employed? Not in a traditional sense. She's a merchant and a baker, but she also does odd jobs.
What sort of name will I have? Aylin Valran! Aylin means "moon halo".
