What circumstances led to this ban?

 

I was banned due to people, including Urgeon players, the Empire of Man, and other people who had come into Haelun'or with the intent of finding a player named "Kardikas's" character and decided to instantly rush to my manor. The reason behind such is still unclear to me, but from there they started to emote, breaking windows and doors down. During the time of them doing this, I had gotten out of the manner and placed myself and Kardika on a tower beside it, where then they started to emote, pulling bows and such like out. In turn, I requested PVP since I hadn't been feeling the situation from the start and chose to do something that would only take a few minutes due to their numbers, but it ended up taking around 20 minutes before I was knocked off the cliffside and downed.
After being dropped, someone had taken action to bind me but not exactly specifying how they did such or what they exactly were binding. From there, I kicked and tried to get away, as would any prisoner or captive. From there, I began to throw myself via emotes down the cliffside, and as I did it, I also did an emote feeling pain from the rolling to make it more realistic, but in turn, after a couple emotes, I was killed in roleplay and was requested to d20 which I had then done.

No, there isn’t anything when it comes to the ban that I disagree with. The ban was justice and my actions before said ban were wrong, so I faced the proper punishment for that.

 

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

 

Hello, before I begin addressing my motivations for wishing to return back to the server of LOTC, I would like to sincerely apologize not just to the players that I had impacted in a ban manner, but also to the staff who had believed my words from my last appeal and allowed me to return back to the community. I know it hasn’t been long since I have been back, and now I am submitting another appeal, which probably doesn’t present me in the best of lights, but nonetheless, I am still hoping to be given a chance to show I am not this “subpar” roleplayer, that I can display good roleplay that can positively affect others around me.

I am aware when I returned, I had given the community an instant bad view on me due to the fact I had put myself into banditry roleplay instead of attempting to insert myself in a more meaningful place to grow roleplay for not just myself but others as well. Closer to when I got banned, I did begin slowing down with the acts of bandit roleplay and instead tried to bring more meaningful roleplay to others, a couple examples being participating in defending Haelun’or against darkspawn raids, getting more involved with Haelun’or players in an overall better way, and doing my best to provide quality roleplay to them. But I also went out and interacted with players of Norland, with the intention of giving them also some nice and meaningful roleplay, which even while writing this I hope I was able to provide.
Nonetheless, I had made some bad choices which led to me being banned. I have been taking time to reflect over these past couple weeks on the scene that had brought me back to square one, and looking at it I can say my roleplay was subpar that time around and even if I didn’t mean to at the time, my roleplay did show my heart wasn’t fully content with the situation at hand but even such, that didn’t permit me to give others around a bad scene or even display any sense of illness towards them. We are all here to roleplay and have fun, not to be annoyed or anything of the sort so how I spoke to the players that night and the roleplay I had granted them should have been better and with that, I am truly sorry.
With that, I do yet again stand before the community and the staff alike to take my words into consideration, but instead of erasing the ill that I have done, instead let me repaint my image in the eyes of everyone. I wish not to have this situation overlooked, or entirely forgotten about after this but instead I wish for others to be able to look bad at my bad choices and questions if that is the same person they are roleplaying with within that moment. I hope this appeal is looked over thoroughly, and my words are taken into consideration because I truly do wish to be allowed back into the community and show everyone alike that I can roleplay properly.
