Harken, People of Salvo,

 

The independence of Salvo has been achieved and secured. Though previously there was a necessity to partake in resource-seizing operations against any and all whose arms could contribute to the liberation of our countryfolk, such a need is no longer necessitated in as extreme a circumstance as before. 

 

Therefore, the Office of the President of the Republic of Salvo hereby orders all soldiers, citizens, and armed militia of Salvo to cease hostilities against the following nation-states;

 

1. The Kingdom of Numendil & its citizenry.

 

2. The Province of Norland & its citizenry.

 

3. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan & its citizenry.

 

4. The Princedom of Caurost & its citizenry.

 

5. The Shugonate of Koyo-Kuni & its citizenry.

 

6. The Isle of Nevaehlen & its citizenry.

 

All soldiery, citizens, residents, and armed militia are hereby forbidden from engaging in hostile acts against the above listed nation-states. Should evidence of banditry be found against a citizen of Salvo pertaining to the abovementioned nations, the punishment shall be dealt out as per the severity of the crime as detailed in the Statutes of Salvo.
