A few small changes.

You must now shift + right click to examine a player.

Removed "Proffesion" category in /me and examine.

Added "Description" category in /me and examine, set it with /setbio <desc>.

You will now set your character's name both ontop of their heads and in chat using /setname (if using spout).

Removed last pieces of old skilling system.

Misc. optimization and speed enhancements

Expect another smaller update tomorrow and a large one on Friday :).
