Another plugin!

Pretty self explanatory - bells will now be tunable (on 10.0 release) - just shift right click them to change their note to one that you want - both lower and higher, from a deep BONG to a high pitched TING!

As am I. I watched the trailer and I am already imagining some darn good cities springing up on that INCREDIBALLY detailed landscape.
