Explanation

I have been on the server for around two weeks and to be honest have seen probably the worst of the internet in this community. Im frankly kind of astonished at the type of behavior that is allowed on this server. From straight up OOC harassment that I experienced as a new player, being made fun of for having 'poor RP' to just facing random stupid insults for things I say in RP. After the empire I wont even deny in saying I stopped the nicest person to people on the server because I wasn't treated with any such kindness. But I didn't go out of my way to target and attack people like what has happened to me on multiple instances. I wont deny that one of those instances in Petra was probably my fault. I just didn't trust people to actually be respectful after the empire and ruined that for myself. But what I didn't ask for was for a player (Xayshi) to get OOCLY aggressive and upset at me attempting to express my side of the story in RP and how I felt it wasn't fair from an RP standpoint and why I wasn't having fun (Not really needed for the explanation but there was a player that 1. physically assaulted my character and 2. Constantly insulted me and the guards would only respond when I said something back whilst entirely ignoring anything they did to me. Felt like as a new player I was just getting used a punching bag.) In our DMS Xayshi then became rather upset and aggressive, I responded in kind and they asked me to not speak to them again. I asked them not to RP with me and they agreed and we went out separate ways. That would have been that if not 30 minutes later they went out of their way to march to my character with 3 others guards and about 10 more online as they just had a meeting to go arrest my character. I want to emphasize that there were PLENTY of other guards to arrest a single TEENAGE character and he went out of his way to join almost like he was TRYING to start something. I see him coming to RP with me and I Wrap out almost immediately. I proceed to tell Sseva all of this only for them to entirely ignore everything that I said, entirely ignore the fact that I was more then willing to roleplay the scene as long as Xayshi wasnt there. But went out of their way in an attempt to paint me as the problem despite my attempts to reasonably solve the issue (again was entirely willing to roleplay the scene without the player that mind you AGREED to not Roleplay with me) 

Proof: I was temp banned from the server before I could gather screenshots, im sure logs will more then easily reveal the story however when moderation digs into it.

Removal from moderation


I will not return to the server whilst this person is allowed to be a moderator. This server has enough childish toxic behavior as it is moderators are meant to solve that not add to the problem like this individual

EDIT - Not long after making this report, the Moderator in question changed the ban from 1 month to 3 months. Careful everyone reporting a moderator gets you a 2 month ban by this logic XD

u tweaked out on me for telling u that u cant do an attack w/ 8 block movement, and then demanded for my discord so u could argue in my dms, and then stood in silence for long periods of time

 

also y r u surprised ur ban got increased after what u said

So aside from you just straight up ignoring what I said... you didnt see the dms they sent... it was blatant obvious favoritism, there is no defending it end of story. Also no ConfusedJester I made a modreq because I had a rule question because that was my first ever CRP, and after you repeated the same question three times in the span of a minute. I told you to be patient. If me tweaking out is telling you to be patient you might have other issues you need to solve. I asked for your discord so I could just screenshot the three times in under a minute you demanded that I reply. Which you denied whilst they were still in chat logs... Dont think I have ever seen someone cope as hard as you are right now.

The entire process was a line of events. Sure the thing with Boromir was discussed, but then a character came to us stabbed, and we were forced to take action because an actual crime happened. 

 

There was no favoritism, this is not accepting the consequences of a chain of radical actions that were done by the character.

Perhaps sharing what was said in the dms would be a good start! I genuinely have no idea what was said, I was just there for the rp itself. 

 

And I mean no offense but it seems like you're taking in character slights against your character as something against your person oocly. I think a break would be good for you if it's causing that much distress. I hope you're doing alright. Just, important to acknowledge, a lot of characters on the server are not nice. They are bad people. They are mean and angry people. And if you can't handle the pushback for an action your character takes, it's best to re-evaluate the direction you're taking said character in. 

 

It's also obviously 100% ookay to be uncomfortable with a person, but server rules dictate that combat logging is not okay. And openly stating that you were just going to ignore emotes from said person definitely did nothing to resolve said conflict

 

Overall, how you feel is how you feel, but I think some time away would be good to evaluate how you want to go about things

IttybittyMitty... there were PLENTY of guards on, I was more then ok with the roleplay. They did not have to engage, they choose to anyways.  There is absolutely no excuse for that. It was entirely their choice and had no need to do it Icly with that many guards on

Hi, I am not here to air your laundry on the forums as frankly I am not here to turn what already is a public spectacle into more of one. Anyways, you were banned for the reason you were banned. This is not the first instance of you having behavior like this within the last week and you were also rather hostile to said moderator in their DM's immediately after receiving the ban. I have seen the situation myself and I believe the ban is justified. No further action will be taken at this moment.

The best I can say is perhaps the elevation from 1 --> 3 months can be reconsidered down to 1 but that would be a fate within your own hands as I believe you need to take some time and reflect.
