IT COMES WITH GREAT JOY AND HUMBLE GRATITUDE THAT WE ANNOUNCE THE BIRTH OF THE SECOND CHILD OF LOTHARIA.

Upon the afternoon of Horen’s Calling, in the year 189 B.A, the young prince entered the world after a steady and blessedly uneventful labour. He is a vigorous and healthy boy, adorned with dark hair reminiscent of his father’s line, and eyes of a deep, ocean blue, clear as the warm waters that flow below Lotharia’s hillside.

The child shall bear the name MENELAUS ILAR SYRGIAN.  He shall be granted the title Count of Len, as is befitting his station as the second-born child of the Grand Ducal House.
