"Indeed. I am neither his subject, having never sworn an oath. Nor beneath him, being the Hordespeaker. Second to the Lord Rex, who was his liege. Prior to him being removed from power. And I am still not on the Regency Council that he's decided to cowardly call out now he's escaped." Lucius muttered, shrugging a shoulder as he went back to preparing his auctions, responding to Alysanna.

Caius Aurelius Temesch babbles along after hearing his mother, Sybille, read it out. Caius has absolutely no clue what's going on, but in his mind, he was the King and he probably decreed something important.

@Lirinya

Sybille sat with the child in one arm and paper in the other, mulling over the proclamation with great interest.

"It will be interesting, certainly, to see if Iohannis has the man power behind him to bring this into play," she stated, bouncing the child to keep him entertained, "we will need to get you a little suit of armor, just in case we get caught in the crossfire."

But obviously, he couldn't understand a thing.

“I do not think this man understands the legal process of the nation he was vassalized under,” remarked a confused Aurus, who had ensured all laws were followed during the meeting and who remained rather disappointed, but not surprised, by the sheer amount of lying in the missive.

Yet again a de Senna finds himself reading a missive in the wilds, a campfire to his side and a sword neatly resting against his arm "The naked king" he simply states, a reference of sorts to poetry, with a small smirk he shakes his head from side to side disapproving of the message "To foolish and bold to realize he has lost his own lands, this announcement does nothing" Then his expression drops and his curiosity rises, with a brow raising on that burnt visage of his he questions "Though i do wonder Duke, do you have one last trick up your sleeve?"
