From what I know, unless the post contains *You see a poster that is stapled to boards and trees all around Oren* or something similar to that the character in game has no idea this thing exists. Also the post is written vey OOC (Out of character for those who are new) and would not be something directed at anyone IC.

Well he means new guilds always pop up and usally no one evr joins em. Then it becomes a mess of guilds that have 2 or 3 people and people are very annoyed about it. usally the guilds then disbands or goes unactive after they see that no one joins em. I also do not like how this happens but I belive those who explain them selvs and have potential should be given a chance. I guess (some?) GM's support the way he gets rid of these guilds.

This was editted relativly recentlys and that has been added to it. The comments you were responding to were created during the time before that RP element was added "*A note flies into your face, it reads*"

I guess now it doesn't count as meta at all.
