IT HAS BEEN NEARLY EIGH YEARS SINCE THE DEPARTURE OF MY KIN AND I FROM LOTHARIA. FOLLOWED BY FELLOW LOTHARIANS, WE BROUGHT OUR HOME INTO THE FOLD OF THE EMPIRE. Working with the stewards of Imperial lands, the land of Cascanova was acquired, and blueprints were developed. Now, after many years of working the ground and building a home, the Keep of Cascanova has been completed. The banners of Black and Purple have now been flown from the walls of our new home, welcoming all to come and visit. To celebrate, we shall be hosting year-end activities over the course of several days.

1. All sales shall be final and shall be paid directly following the auction. Payment shall be received first, then the item shall be offered.
2. Auctioneers shall be allowed to set a minimum bid limit. 
3. All sales can be paid via Mina or metal trades. If one wishes to pay in metal, the conversion rates are thus.
   1. 1600 for an Azhl Ingot
   2. 1800 for a Lunarite Ingot
   3. 3500 for a Thanhium Ingot
   4. 4000 for a Carbarum Ingot
   5. 4000 for a Dracanium Ingot
