PHYSICALITY

Upon Evolution, the physical form of a Zevn’kiel often stays the same to that of a mundane Zevn- with a few exceptions. The first, is that their form elongates, stretching upwards up to  [1] foot in extra height, giving them a stretched, somewhat distorted appearance- as if they were not made to be such a height. Furthermore, a Zevn’kiel gains full mastery over both domains of an Imp’s trickery- they gain both a vast pair of gaping wings and a stinger; these follow all rules for such set within the above Zevn section. One may change their physical form to connote their more ‘advanced state.’ A lengthening of horns, a one-time regrowth of severed limbs, additional muscle mass are smaller ways to do so, yet ‘form overhauls’ to connote this new form are permissible as well.

Redlines:

INFERI MAY NOT FTB.

— Zevn’kiel must appear ugly and goblinesque. There are no pretty imps.

— Zevn'kiel bear physical strength on-par with a voidally-poisoned mage.

— Zevn’kiel may not spit acid, or spread infliction with their claws and so on.

— Scales or fur etc. may not provide protection from heat or attacks etc.

— Tails are not strong nor dextrous enough to operate weapons or deal any real harm.

— Claws are only strong enough to cut into flesh and tear through cloth. Leather and upwards will protect from them.

— Zevn’kiel possess both wings and a stinger.

— Zevn’kiel wings may not fly more than [5] meters  off the ground in combat.

— Zevn’kiel may not use flight to bypass settlement defenses or reach any place which they cannot otherwise mechanically reach or bypass(e.g. parkouring inside) unless an RO permits so.

ok so i know this amendment literally only affects me as of submission, BUT. it makes no sense for kiels to be voidweak... come on!!

Tbf, voidweak as a general rule does make sense. Youre tiny.

 

But I do think their weakness should be phrased differently. Currently its worded in a way that means I cant slap armor on an imp...

 

Let me slap armor on an imp. Even if they are physically weaker on account for their smaller statures, so too would armor weigh a bunch less because ur fuckin tiny. Imp armor would realistically weigh like 7-10 pounds lmao

 

Edit: On the note to "halfling" change

I believe(I may be wrong) that halflings are just as strong as a human. Just cuz.

 

Edit 2: Ive been asked why i think it would be a good idea to slap armor on an imp, and Im here to set the record straight:

Halfling strength does not mean anything please use a lore approved example like "goblin strength" or "scholar strength" wait a minute

give zevn'kiel uruk strength and i mean this unironically. i want them to be little gremlins with disproportionate strength so people actually fear zevn'kiel.

 

i do not speak from any sense of "balance" or "rationality", i speak from the purest place of the heart

This lore has been denied.

 

Halfling strength is the same thing as human strength... don't try to powercreep Zevn'kiel physically they're just goober guys- they already have the potential to EVOLVE into Zar'ei if you want to be stronger.
