On this date, the 9th of The Grand Harvest, in the Year of Our Most Eternal and Heavenly Lord, 2068. The associates of the Adria-East Light Industrial (referred to as A-ELI, Inc.) hereby call for voting over an issue raised by the Corporate Office of the A-ELI, Inc.;

Issue:

To modify the Articles of Incorporation Regulation from:

Dividend payments will be split by a ‘dividend-per-share’ system; to be distributed quadrennially. After profits per quadrennial period are determined, a minimum of 50% of profit will be distributed to the dividend-pool and shared to our shareholders. With leftovers being allocated to internal treasury. 

To:

Dividend payments will be split by a ‘dividend-per-share’ system; to be distributed in terms of every two to four Saint Weeks, as elected to by the CEO-CFO of A-ELI, Inc.; After profits per such elected period are determined, a minimum of 50% of profit will be distributed to the dividend-pool and shared to our shareholders. With leftovers being allocated to internal treasury.

 

Shareholders are called to declare their votes. Voting may automatically conclude if desired if a majority vote has been achieved in either an Aye or Nay.
