HARK dear larpers,

We should not suffer for what our heart yearns, roleplay, both efficient and fluent in the tongue of the larp. we should not suffer for not heeding the words of those that bring roleplay into OOC. Taxes, evictions, the true larp should stand above all else, for none should test the ban hammer and the crime of metaplay. Ave Larperium.

A sign like this shouldnt constitute an eviction notice. This could have been placed by anyone, if mechanics are to be used then an explicit mechanic should represent an eviction before its taking place.
That is why we have the eviction signs in the first place.

Region Ownership and Eviction Rules

 

1. A standard region member must be notified 3 days prior to removal from the region should they have a home or shop. (This is normally done with a sign in front of their door, for mass evictions a region greeting flag can be used).

   A player's locks may be evicted by a region owner through /evict.
   
   /evict may only be used on a player’s building after the 3 day eviction notice has passed. Using it before the 3 days is strictly forbidden
