Hello crafters. This isn’t an exactly formatted post. Not on the fly either just something that’s been in my head for days. Something I’d consider an important topic people have discuss for years and you probably hear it at least once a week I am fairly certain. I want to talk about your mental and emotional wellbeing.

 

Now I cannot force you to do anything I am just someone on your screen. and really no-one can force you to go and seek help, but you can take the first steps to being. And I speak from experience with this. A five days ago I had dialed the helpline at 988 when I felt at one of my lowest points. It was probably one of the best calls I’ve ever made. Getting to say what was truly weighing on my mind and getting pointing in the direction of the help I needed.
 

This story isn’t being shared for nothing. I want to tell you that it’s never too late to get the help you need and be guided to a brighter, and more hopeful future. One with professional help. Talking to a trusted friend may help, it can make you feel good. But really they can only do so much for you as much as they may love you. 
 

You don’t have to be in this fight alone. Below are some resources you can click on to learn more.
