[Amendment] Wight creation and destruction

I dont know much about mystic but i feel the wording for being sapped could be better, something along the lines of "Due to being sapped the Wight descends to the corporeality of a revenant." or something along those lines, simpler wording so it isnt jumbled with the mess thats Mystic redlines

Edited Observer to better clarify and upped it from [1] mystic needing to know conjoinment to [3] mystics needing to know it.

With how rare current sapping is between different Mystic groups, considering how completely easy it is, I don't expect much to come of the change, in terms of bad faith. But I do think the possibility will lead to certain people being gatekept out of the community for fear they might "act naz-like"

Idk; I think this is better than current but requires improvement. Weasel is making a handful of changes so I'll likely be quite happy with the finished product <3

Dont make killing Wights mystic exclusive, let everyone have a way to deal with them instead of only darkspawn on darkspawn violence :(

I highly doubt the intent of this amendment is to let one coven mass PK all other wights. Frankly I never seen more then two wights in one location, let alone 4 or 5

Prima is a bum and I don't think you're trying to make an amendment for self gain

 

However, I do think that this sort of mechanic-mirroring mindset people are getting for lore is unnecessary("Another CA of the same tier has X mechanic, therefor this CA must also have X mechanic"). They are different lore pieces and should remain as such imo.

 

If this specifically is a step forward or backwards for wights, I'll withhold my judgement on, as I'm not too certain of how their culture in the wider lens of lotc stands right now. I did want to make that one point of mine though and that's all.

I would recommend changing this: 

Should [5] Mystics, [3] of which must know the rite of conjoinment sap a Wight, the Wight will be rendered incorporeal and unable to interact with the material world for [2] OOC months. Unable to cast or use any mystic spells or abilities imbued by being a Wight. Only able to observe the world around them. In a similar manner to that of a Revenant, yet will be unable to engage in combat.

I personally think a 2 month soft pk is a really long time, longer than any other soft pk found in other cas (to my knowledge). This would bring it on par with Zar'akal, at the very least. I would also recommend putting in some kind of anti-spawn camping redline, although it's probably not strictly necessary. I do personally think phylacteries are a dated mechanic, as we've seen necromancy moving away from them in recent times. I'm not sure what the other comments are about but that's strictly my thoughts on the proposed lore change :)

As someone who played a Necromancer with the potential for mechanics such as that, it is interesting roleplay to be sure to deal with. The sealing wars with femurlord, but there is good and bad to it. But that is perhaps with anything. I think phylactery stuff is pretty outdated though.
