Rise of a new Overlord

*Wrothgar walks into the Catherdral Tower, which resides near the surface of the Nether, a dim light pulses from the molten fountains on either side of him. He moves to the altar in the middle, and opens the Chest located there, reaching into the chest, he picks up the Golden Axe placed carefully inside of it. The Head of it casting a golden tint to the surrounding area.

Our ranks are failing, our Military Leaders leave to wander aimlessly in a never-ending exile of this land, our Overlord has dissapeared, and others run through the cities, screaming pitiful cries, wishing to be seen and reverend by the Mortal Races. Then there are those disgusting few, leaving their own lands to serve Iblees. Then turning it all away. They are the worst, betraying their people and pledging themselves to Iblees' cause, then betraying that. They cannot go unto Aeriel, with the scarring they received from their ceremony being too great for any Mortal, Ascended, or even a mighty Aengul and Daemon to cleanse. They serve under a new banner, joining the pathetic Ascended, just to be cast down to the void when their bodies finally fail them. It is impossible to "redeem" the fool, he is heading to one place when he fails, he's betrayed everything he's served, what makes them think he will not do the same to them?

*He pauses, closing the chest, and setting the Axe on the top of it. He spits a mixture of saliva and blood to his side.*

This cannot go on, When I first joined the cause, we were organized, we first took Snowyfields, Alstion, destroying their cities of the north. Now, Aeriel's keep itself is built, withing sight of our own keep, and our only reason for not taking it, a pathetic enchantment upon a useless staff, I care not for "moral value," and I care not for the staff, It has no value to me, and I will not let such a item keep the whole of the Undead from their victory of Aegis. Cities have risen around us, Forts have been raised at the edge of our borders. If we are to win this war, all of this must be destroyed.

Then there is this pathetic Axe, of which the people of Aegis held so dearly. A mere Trinket, which if given to them will boost their morality. You might as well, fashion a wooden sword, and tell them it was enchanted by the Aenguls themselves. If a simple swing towards a rock can break this, what is that to say for the "Great Enchantments" of the Aenguls?

*Wrothgar grasps the hilt of the Axe, taking it in his hand, he swings it towards the bedrock encasing behind the Altar. The end of the Axe wedges into the Bedrock, and a large crack spreads through the golden head upon hitting the stone, a shard of the Axe falls into the flowing lava, incinerating upon touching it.*

There will not be another faltering Overlord, The past four were killed or lost by their own corruption and greed, and it will not happen again, No weakling will take power. Iblees' will have his revenge upon this world. We have lost battles which should've been easy to win, just because there was no plan to follow. Such a lack of organization cannot happen again. I will cleanse our ranks of the weak. I will lead our remaining forces into battle, and I will destroy the pathetic peoples of Aegis who strive so hard to make a way for themselves in this corrupted world.

No longer shall our members wither and falter, seeking salvation, relinquishing their responsibility. As a member of my Horde, weakness shall never be tolerated. Only the strong shall stay.

Heed my words, my fellow Necromancers. Tough decisions will need to be made. Those who Wrothgar, Wrath and I see fit to carry on as a Necromancer shall stay. Those who are weak will be disposed of.

Judgement shall be upon you soon. The winds of Drauchreich are changing.

Finally as i have wished, Gestahl and I have spent our time in the far North Eastern regions awaiting for a day when our brethren finally stop their pathetic squabbling and unite into a force that was once feared throughout the lands. Under this new reign the very pillars of Aegis will shatter and collapse under our unending wrath on this world.
