No your app has not changed, and it is a requirement to wait 48hrs, it not only shows commitment, respect, understanding and patience, all of which are signs of maturity which is what we expect on the server.

Requirement MY ASS! I have already waited for 2 days waiting for somebody to FK read my FK app! AND NOW YOUR TRYING TO MAKE ME WAIT AGAIN! Okay I have read this and am appalled at your behavior. It is unacceptable and blatantly rude and disrespectful to the people who spend their time to read your application. I am not going to let someone with your attitude towards others be on this server.
