Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:

I am some-what of an analyzer and I step back for a moment to look at the grand scheme of things before I ultimately make a decision. I am a smart player, but am not above storming in like a crazed warrior.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Not sure actually, my school work keeps me busy sometimes. I think I could be on for up to 6 hours overall on the week days and up to 8 hours on the weekend.

What do you know about Roleplaying? What is it?:

I know that I should act only based on the personality and knowledge of the character I am acting as, if my character doesn't know something and I do know something I act based on the character's knowledge. I know that role-playing is having a certain type of person in mind and trying at the best of your ability to act like that person.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming in role-playing is when a person acts out of character based on the knowledge of the person who is controlling them. If the character doesn't know something and you do you should act as if they still do not know, metagaming is ignoring this.

Powergaming is when someone plays with a powerful character in an exploitable way. For example, someone uses a character that has no faults and is completely unrealistic. Powergaming ruins the fun of role-playing for everyone.

What do you expect this server will be like?:

I expect we will work together to make a thrilling story for each other to enjoy. I expect it will be top notch and completely dedicated.

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

I have been on too many servers to count so I can't recall exactly what servers I have been on. I get on super-earth every now and then, so I haven't really left that server completely.

Yes I have and I completely agree to the rules and I understand the lore.

I have voted for Lord of the Craft on Minestatus twice, but I didn't look at the vote number I was the first time I voted. The second time I voted I had network difficulties and I had to close my page before I was able to see my vote number. Sorry haha

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Gladius was a very young boy at his home in a far away land. He lived with his loving mother and father. Gladius had a brother named Ulric, but his brother left on some sort of journey to find himself. Gladius didn't quite understand why his brother was leaving, for he was too young to understand. He was deep into sleep on a rainy night in the middle of autumn when the unspeakable occurred. A man broke into his home and walked into his room. He talked to him in his sleep, but somehow Gladius was able to hear and understand him. He said, "I can't wait to see your face when you see them. I'm here to change your life" Gladius awoke in sweat with his hazel eyes wide open to see a dark grey cape flying out of his window. Gladius went into his parents room screaming and crying only to stop in a dead halt to see his dead parents in a bloody puddle in the center of their room. Gladius, with tears in his eyes, looked up to see a menacing smile looking at him through a grey hood in the dark rainy night.

Thirteen years have passed since that fateful day and Gladius is an eighteen year old upstanding young man in a nice community far from his old home. After that day Gladius has trained for 10 long years to become a warrior and take his revenge upon the evil man that killed his parents. To see his parents dead in a puddle of blood warped Gladius' mind and now he is an extremely vengeful, angry man that has sworn to take the hooded man's life at all costs. Although Gladius is quite angry about what had happened he has went through many years of contemplation that has caused him to care so much more about doing the right thing in every situation. One day after a long and vigorous day of training, Gladius decided to take a walk through the path in the small woods near his town, which Gladius has become far too accustomed to doing. Gladius stopped in a dead halt just as he did so many years ago when he noticed a grimacing man in a dark grey hood just down the path. Gladius immediately drew his sword and was off. The man looked in his direction and with a small gesture of his hand he sent Gladius into the air at a nearby tree. With Gladius immobilized the man started to talk to him. He said, "You are meant to become so much stronger than a simple warrior Gladius..." He proceeded to say, "Just as weak as your parents aren't you? You know, when I slashed their entrails onto the floor?" Gladius looked up with so much rage at the evil man that has tormented him in his dreams for so many years and suddenly he felt some sort of righteous feeling coming up in him starting from his toes. The immense tingling of emotion rose up in him and into his heart, his armor is beginning to shine now. Although Gladius seemed to have a broken spine he started to push himself up with his sword. The evil man began to panic, as he tried to move he could not lift a finger. Gladius rose and slashed in such a fluid and pristine motion that it only happened in a flash. It was over, Gladius has pierced the mans heart. As the man died, Gladius could hear him whispering, "I am here to change your life." Gladius reached down and took the hood off of the man that has caused him so much pain. It was his older brother Ulric. Gladius grieved for his older brother that he hated and loved so much. Gladius put on his brothers hood and continued to walk down the path in the woods.

After Gladius had taken his only brothers life and brought the grey hood with him he began to wonder what his brother meant when he said, "You are meant to become so much stronger than a simple warrior Gladius..." So Gladius began to practice the art of magic in hopes of understanding the world he inhabits and why things happen the way they do. Gladius spent four years practicing the art of magic and learning about the secrets of the world, Gladius made little progress in answering questions. Instead, he ignited many more questions than what he had in the first place. This is where Gladius' story ends and where it will continue to go on.

Your characters ambitions:

I hope to become a powerful arch mage one day with all the knowledge in the world. I hope to find good friends to give me company considering I have no family or friends anymore.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

"OH MY! That elf is in trouble. I have to help him!" Gladius remembers how he had sworn to do the right thing when something unjust were to occur. Gladius unsheathes his sword and springs into action.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

"Yes, I would like to buy some of your fine product!" Gladius is never intending to be rude with anyone and if he doesn't need his help he would make sure to politely tell the man he does not wish to buy anything today.

The biography of my character is actually two biographies I created for two other RP servers combined into one. It is also modified in several sections to fit the question correctly.

AHH DARN IT. Haha I will get in next time don't you worry. Not that I think you would worry about it. <.< ANYWAY. I will edit my biography and anything else appropriately to fit the lore. I just always am a mage when I do things RP related. When I say I am a mage I usually mean I have above average knowledge about things such as, redstone mechanics, potion brewing and enchanting items. Now I play the waiting game...

I'm sorry I can't find anything about antihero. Could you please tell me what that is? Also when you mention that I said my character has magical powers were you talking about the part of the biography where my character practices magic for four years or when my character rose from what seemed to be a broken back to kill Ulric? It could be mistaken for magical powers when Gladius rose from what seemed to be a broken back, but I meant to put seemed to have a broken spine so that it wasn't definitely a broken spine but rather it wasn't and he was just in a massive amount of pain. Armor tends to shine anyway so that isn't quite magic and when Ulric, Gladius' brother, was panicking and unable to move. It could have been an instance that he was caught off guard and frightened into being unable to make a quick enough action. If you were talking about the part where Gladius kills his brother as magic I hope that clears things up a little with that. If you were talking about the part where Gladius practices magic for several years, I could remove that from the biography and replace it with a different story after he killed his brother. Sorry, I just want to be clear for when I put up another application.
