Be in wars is the thing that makes me promote people. The duration of time in the Krughai also makes me promote people.Helping the war nation or giving good sugestions will also hee;p you.

But remember the ranks are like this for me:From runt to grunt youre a recruit and are in training.

Grunt to Beserk are an oficial soldier and can actualy be considered worth something, but you cant give orders to people below you.Just make the runts feel miserable :)

If you hit nob youre an oficial officer of the war nation.Youre opininionn is actualy considered.A nob is considered the same as a sargeant and should and is respected by all the lower ranks.

You can also kinda switch ranks people if you chalenge them.If i see theres cause for the chalenge and you win the fight youll get the guys rank and hell get youres.

Demoting is more dificult but it happens.I demote people when they run from batle or when they dont want to fight someone that chalenges him.I will also demote you if you look like a coward and dont want batle

If you want to be recognized in orc society, you need to be strong or smart, you need to demonstrate how strong or smart, and you need to do it in a way that people care about. Punching a mountain in half is impressive, but Orcs probably wouldn't consider you important, just strong. You need to be strong and helpful. Same with smart, you can know everything there is to know, and nobody will care unless you apply it in a way that helps the orcs.

Also good roleplaying would also get you nob and kheshig and such also correct?

To me the important part is Roleplay and activity.

but for example the Yazgurtan rank theses are civil officials of the Warnation there jobs include- spymaster, diplomat, tax collector, head blacksmith, head farmer, mayor and so on. you do not require to be good in combat in theses jobs or ranks.

Theres also one position thats extremely difficult, time consuming, requires various skills and extreme bravery, intellect, and strength.

Cubsitting for the Warlord and Warmisstress. Currently the job is held by Thore.... we're wondering if he can tolerate 99more cubs though. Krug was a handful it seems.

Once we have more cubs just follow the sounds of Thore screaming in terror, youll find them quick.

I think Pok babysat Krug more than Thore lol.

This thread became a rank conversation to talking about pok and thore getting attacked by orc cubs.

That is exactly is what makes the orcs so immature but also so awesome.

Actually yeah he did... Mm, dont forget Bog! He took Krug to a safe place with Pok when the sankazel invasion happened.

At least we arent leaving them with Craotor and Blaw.. theyd be pissing everywhere and trying to beat up mountians before they could even crawl.
