"The Beardy Elf GM" PROOF, that elves can have beards!

Also a quote from the link:

"He had a beard, which was rare for Elves..."

^ The including of the word "rare" implies that, although uncommon, it is possible

P.S. And yes, if elves can have beards, they can have mustaches.
