Dear Lower Council Members of Kal'Urguan!

It 'as come ter th' attention 'ov th' government that ye 'ave all been inactive er given little ta no contributions ta our great Nation. Dun take it as an insult lads ye have not been given much ta do either. Sum 'ov the Grand Councilors and even the King himself believe that yer not needed. As un ov the High Lords I 'ave decided ta host a meeting and a feast fer th' members of the Lower Council. This meeting ye will be given food and maybe sum ale! harhar but this is a meeting not a feast! This is fer ideas fer the future development of th nation. If ye come and contribute nothing then ye may be forced out 'ov yer position. If ye dun come at all it is fine but I would like ta see sum effort in yer attendance. And if ye dun respond at all yer position will be dropped if th' King agrees ye dun have a right fer yer position. This meeting will be located in th' Lower Council meeting room.

Nay, I will add ye ta th' list. If another member wishes ta take charge please do I have sum business ta take care 'ov in these coming months. (I have mid term exams all this week so I will not be coming online, I will be back Friday but with all of the events this weekend and the new map we could either have it this week run by another High Lord/Lord or just wait until after the new map.)
