The Pirate Code

These would be a set of rules that pirate characters, such as myself may adhere to. They however do not have to, as they are villains after all.

(These rules would only be in affect if the character is an approved Villain)

Rule Number One: Choose your friends wisely, as that may lead to mutiny, or worse.

Rule Number Two: Should another Pirate submit during, before or after a battle, it is at the Captain's priority to keep them alive. Should they betray, or provoke a crew member, the rite of death is appreciated.

Rule Number Three: Crew members must give sufficient spoil amounts to their fellow members, the Captain gains the same amount of spoils. (This is from battles / loot)

Rule Number Four: If under dispute over treasure and / or loot, whoever fired the shot, gains the best bow. (So to speak)

Rule Number Five: Any man or women who deems themselves unworthy, or incapable of running course shall be left behind.

Rule Number Six: Should a pirate council be declared, Captain's of the declared seas shall be contacted and gathered in a Courtroom;

This being said, war may only be declared by the Head Council Member. The Head Council Member is chosen by popular vote, at the time of the gathering, not before.

Rule Number Seven: Any person who refuses to board a Pirate's ship upon command, shall be murdered. Though this may only be in affect should the person be near the ship, and trespassing upon it's dock.

Rule Number Eight: Eye patches must be black. Blue / red eye patches or any other colour shall be replaced with a wooden ball, splinters are a given.

Rule Number Nine: Wooden legs must be adequate size to the opposite leg. Should it not, the barer shall be mocked upon.

Rule Number Ten: Should a pirate upon a Captained ship cause mutiny, the said pirate may be hung from the rigging.

I hope to add this to the wiki, and write it in game upon approval.

I'll just have to start up a royal navy to keep the pirates in check ;)

Sounds fun! I might drop in sometimes for a little RP, brining the Kal'Urguan guards of course :)
