Regarding Ranking Up

==Rank-Up Reforms==

As of Today all promotions can be challenged by other members of the Krughai (Ranks runt-nob). If an Orc is promoted and you feel it was done unfairly and he/she doesn't deserve their new rank you may challenge him/her for the rank. If we believe that you are just doing it because you don't like the person or envy then there will be punishments.

With growing complaints of "unfair" promotions we will also be tighter and how you rank up, what you need to have to qualify for the rank (eg. TeamSpeak Availability and Villain Applications).

So if ThatGuy'Azog thinks SoAndSo'Ugluk was promoted unfairly and doesn't deserve their rank, ThatGuy'Azog can challenge SoAndSo'Ugluk for their rank. If ThatGuy wins then ThatGuy takes SoAndSo's old rank and they swap essentially. Now if ThatGuy loses he will be demoted to Pug for 1/2 Weeks ( 2 Days IRL). If there is any forms of cheating in the fights for ranks the cheater will be made Pug for an extended period of time and harassed by the other Orcs. Only Nobs can challenge BigBosses or their ranks and BigBosses can challenge WarBosses for theirs however these ranks will only become swapped and nobody will become Pug.

All fights are to be observed by either myself, Jarkarll, Lud, Craotor, and Mogroka (Lud and Craotor are who you should go to first). There will also be investigations made by certain unbiased Orcs to decide if the fight is even necessary.

No we aren't. Our primary responsibility is Wargoth's guard. Secondary is as Wargoth's eyes, ears, and hands. Under the secondary responsibility, we can function as military police, but we are not MPs. Keep that in mind.
