I am a very mature and responsible person. I am intelligent and usually enjoy more intellectual conversations than most people I know. I also program, but I am against hacking/cheating.

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: Roleplaying is an activity in which the player controls the character's actions, attitudes, and personality. This allows the player to experience events and scenarios, that are (usually) not possible for the player to experience, through the character's eyes.

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is when a player attempts to use glitches/bugs to move ahead in the game faster than if the player played the legitimate way. Powergaming is when a player ignores the atmosphere and other players to achieve a goal.

What do you expect this server will be like?: I am expecting this server to be a mature environment where it will be possible to have fun and enjoy the experience of roleplaying.

Character Name: Goose

What is your Race?: Dwarf

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Goose, being named such because when he was born the squawk of a goose could be heard echoing through the caves, was born into a small peasant family and quickly grew to be a capable member of dwarven society. At young ages he had begun to start forging weapons and instruments. He eventually became the town blacksmith and, now that he had his own shop, began forging very delicate instruments. It was by selling these that he became known as "Golden Goose" for his use of gold in intricate patterns on his weapons and tools. One day when Goose was in his early 30s he was intently working on a intricately designed compass for wealthy townsfolk when a burning coal fell out of the forge and lit a table on fire, but goose was so intently working that he did not realize the fire. The fire quickly spread to the walls and the shop quickly burned to the ground, luckily the thick leather apron he was wearing had protected him from the heat of the flames. After recovering from the experience, Goose decided that this had been a sign that he should go out into the world and travel far and wide.

Your characters ambitions: Goose's ambitions are to travel into the world and eventually find a new town to settle into.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? Being partial to war and fighting Goose quickly hurries over and, after asking if the elf needed aid in his fight, helped the elf fight the two bandits; later he invites the elf to his forge and gives him an intricately designed sword so that he may successfully fight other bandits.

Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? He responds by requesting some refined gold and iron for his forge. The shopkeeper gives the price at 100 minas. Now Goose, being a dwarf, refused to pay because he did not want to pay so much for so little. A long argument ensued over the price, which ended with Goose leaving in search of a lower price.

The rp scenarios were great and the bio was good too. You seem like an intelligent person who will help this server greatly. The only thing I saw was that your definition of metagaming and powergaming were a little off. Before you go play, I would ask someone for some more concrete definitions of those.
