Village Name: DarkGrove (or Dark Grove)

Why is your character starting this village/settlement? What is its purpose?

Briza is starting this settlement because she and many Dark Elves don't have a City, town, or home just for them. She hopes she will be able to create a haven for Dark Elves.

What type of political system or leadership is within the village?

There is a council made up of 5 members. 2 high councilors and 3 regular councilors. There will be more government positions that appear as time goes on. The High councilor's votes count twice but the regular councilor's count only once.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit? (Race relations, nation relations, etc.)

They hope to be friendly to all races (including the Mori) Except they have a small hate for High elves because Dark Elves are currently not allowed in their city. They will want to become part of the Elven nation someday but will stay alone if it means to preserve their haven.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice (of game or map).

I do not currently have a screen shot but I am willing to show a GM IG what we have built so far.

Any other details (architecture, races, culture, etc):The building are Elven style with a a Dark Elven twist. ((basically its darker and better suited for dark elves))

((We need to get as many dark elves as possible together in ts or skpye so we can work together and not be split up making 3 different dark elf villages. Spliting up will get us nowhere, we need to have a centralized Dark Elf government and city. Not three that are each somewhat spread apart. This is just going to isolate us prohibiting us from actually creating any serious lore. Someone said they were having a meeting in that in the other dark elf village post( I hope you don't mind me advertising it alittle, the more the maryer lol)...the one with the C, so check there. We need to develope a type of style for dark elves, mabey as good as how the high elves did it. I'd rather not have the whole fate of our race's lore being on the shoulders of just one. We need to get together and talk it through. If we organize we will have a dark elf nation in no time))

I will sign. however you should also create a road to the other Dark elf town as well as create a war alliance allowing them to help your town in times of war as well as act as retreats for your citizens. Also there should be ambassadors to other Dark Elf towns as well as some sort o inter-racial council.
