From the AIC channel last night, when people asked this, most people don't want it back, as it wasn't good for RP. The most widely agreed suggestion I've heard was having a few in each city, with NPC's at them.

The reason why most people don't want it back is because most people are Americans and their peak times are the server's peak times. The people that want auto-shop are low in numbers because the reason they want auto-shop is because(lots of becauses) of the fact that there aren't many shopkeepers on when they need them.

I think the falsebook permissions nodes don't work great with Permissions3. I had quite a bit of trouble setting them up with PermissionsEx. I believe it is an unintentional permissions error.
