I am a Sophomore at a community college majoring in Civil Engineering. I enjoy long walks on the beach while cursing at the waves for being too loud because, and let's be honest here, waves just need to tone it down a bit. I also spend more time on the computer than I do with my girlfriend; thus, my dedication to this server should be unquestionable.

How much time could you be on the server weekly?:

Three to four hours daily (excluding days my girlfriend demands coitus; in such occasions it would be 2 hours and 57 minutes to 3 hours and 57 minutes - I only need 3 minutes really for that.)

What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.:

I put on my robe and wizard hat; however, in reference to MCRoleplay, it is taking on the role of a character outside the usual spectrum of normality, social, and sportsmen-like to fulfill a fantasy which cannot be reached through anything other than your imagination. (ig "Hey, Jason! Stop hitting me with those cutout lightning bolts and shouting broken Latin in my face!" would be reformed into "Attain your eyes upon me, Jason the Green! Halt your tongue of caster words and bring peace within your mind from the destructive storms that you conjure!")

In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are.

Metagaming: Using OOC advantages to benifit in-character gameplay.

Powergaming: Jason: "I shoot you in the knee with my steel arrow"

Jacob: "My knee deflects your arrow and then I do something completely outrageous to assert my dominance over this make-believe duel"

What do you expect this server will be like?:

PREFERABLY: Fun and in-character. I expect to stop some mad-man from destroying middle earth (or at the very least my 3x3x3 dirt house "mud hut."

What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:

FearPVP: I was "raising" an island with the spells that I may conjure as an Earthen Mage, when out of no where, a warrior equipped full diamond mail assaulted me. While attempting to cast my earth shield, he interrupted my channeling and lunged at me. The knock back landed me down a chasm which I created during the construction of my island and I managed to survive the fall. As I was chanting the "Words of Entanglement" he once again interrupted my channel and smote me. It was then I realized that non-RP PVP was not for me.

Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):

Born on the Edge of the Great Forest of the North, Dubli the Fleet survived his first mortal days in the caverns of a old Dwarven mining cavern. His parents, lost in the depths of a gravel sinkhole, never were able to raise him to the 4th day of Birthbond - the time when an Elven son may complete his soul bounding to his parents. The effects of this led Dubli to be lost in an innocent yet ponderous state of his absent mind. His abilities to tap into nature are also limited due to this. Discovered by Haggis, an extra stout Dwarven woman, Dubli was raised in part, as a dwarf. The caverns, sized for dwarf people, gave strength to Dubli as he scratched his skins while crawling and crouching through spaces. Known to all elves, Barkskin - a passive ability obtained through their first year of elven practice - gave a resistance to the elements; however, Dubli, never being raised with traditional elven practice, earned his strong skin through the constant roughness of the cave. An affinity towards stealth was granted to him as he managed to tread the tunnels of the Dwarven caverns without disturbing the others at sleep hour. Dubli learned to manage his hours of rest due to the awkward and hard time schedule of the dwarven miners.

It was not until Dubli discovered the fate of his parents that he then decided to leave the caverns. At the time, Dubli was 14. His obstructed Birthbond gave his mind peace towards his family of dwarves - who were responsible for the collapse of the gravel sinkhole. The cold of the Northern forests were not all that great due to the chills of his old dwarven home. Some things come natural to an elf even without the teachings of the races traditions. The hunt of rats in the caverns gave him a sense of prowl and his instinct gave him wits of archery and fletchery. It has been three years since that day, and Dubli the Fleet still roams and practices his hunt.

Your characters ambitions:

Ultimately, to fulfill his Birthbond. This task is not possible due to the nature of the Birthbond; thus, Dubli must seek the wisdom which may only be obtained through time.

Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?

Though the nature of his mind is not full, Dubli manages to sense the elves torment. He fires an arrow at the bandits and pierces his forearm. Disabling his attacks, he retreats as the other bandit slowly backs away. Instead of ending both the bandits life, he halts for the sensation of anguish among the two elves has dissipates; thus, stripping Dubli the Fleet of his motivation.

Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer?

Dubli is slow to communicate - not due to shyness but by nature. He ponders to himself what he may want and only answers with short, concise remarks. In this situation, he requests, "A dozen arrows".
